As an Account Manager, you will be supporting the Client Success Manager in forging and maintaining client relationships from Acquisition to post-delivery of services. 

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries through various platforms 
• Engage, build and maintain client relationships
• Manage Client expectations and resolve problems and challenges within client account stipulations
• Collaborate with the servicing team successfully deliver projects
• Other assignments as requested 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success Management (Marketing / Digital Agency experience is preferred)
• Exceptional Time Management and Organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Client Management skills
• Stellar presentation skills 
• Able to work during SGT
