You will be responsible for supporting the Team in all aspects of Human Operations, including retention (team building and performance measuring), recruitment (screening, JD’s, and ads), and training (using online training platforms).

Responsibilities

• End to End Recruitment for all roles
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Conduct performance appraisals, hiring, coaching and counseling, career development conversations and disciplinary actions of company associates.
• Conducts Check-ins and Organize company online events and activities
• Implement new programs and strategies initiatives across HR for areas in scope.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a high technology industry 
• Recruiting and interviewing skills
• Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
• Experience in working in a remote setting with diverse teams
• Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
