You’ll be working with top talent in the blockchain on renowned DeFi/dApp/NFT projects backed by Binance Ventures and others. Our team works mostly remotely using a suite of virtual office tools such as Gather. town, Zoom, Slack, and more. We are also part of the major blockchain conferences worldwide where you are able to meet the team and clients in person.

As an Inbound Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and increasing revenue for the Sales Team. As a Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Head by providing administrative work to ensure an optimal sales cycle, Moreover, you will also be working closely with an international team of passionate blockchain professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring inbound marketing channels and activities
  • Qualification of leads and identification of customer requirements
  • Introduction of listed services
  • Developing and executing various sales strategies
  • Generating proposals for clients and documentation during meetings/presentations
  • Following up with the leads to encourage them to sign and close
  • Generating new client roster whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Owning administrative work and diligently accomplishing tasks given by the Sales Head
  • Generating weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Researching competitors and potential leads

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Inbound sales
  • Must be available during SGT (between 9 am to 6 pm)
  • Able to effectively communicate in English (written and spoken)
  • .Proficiency in another language is a plus (Chinese, Español / French)
  • Must have a passion for Crypto, Blockchain or Web3
  • Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
  • Able to pick things up quickly; comfortable with CRM, Office / Google Suite
  • A self-starter
  • A team player
  • Good Internet connection: At least 8Mbps
