This case study shows how TokenMinds built an API first backend and AI agent layer for UXLINK. The system turns chat commands from UXLINK’s website into automated actions on X. It is designed for secure automation, quota control, and clear feedback for rewards.

UXLINK’ Objectives

The primary objective was to let UXLINK users take action on X from a simple chat experience while keeping control and visibility on the UXLINK side.

UXLINK’s Challenges

To achieve the objectives, UXLINK needed to overcome these issues:

User chat requests needed to be converted into specific X actions with confirmed targets and policy checks before they run.

UXLINK needed per-account quotas and verifiable action history to support rewards and user inquiries.

Actions had to follow platform rules with rate-limit protection to avoid account lockouts.

  1. Integrate without rework

The backend needed to plug into UXLINK’s website and admin tools through clear APIs.

TokenMinds Solutions

TokenMinds provided these solutions to power UXLINK’s automation system.

  1. UXLINK Backend (Control Center)

The backend provides the APIs UXLINK uses to create and manage tasks. It applies quotas and rate limits before a task runs, and returns task status and results to UXLINK’s tools.

  1. UXLINK Listener (Dispatcher)

The listener dispatches tasks from the backend to agents. It watches agent health and keeps usage within safe limits so tasks run smoothly.

  1. UXLINK AI Agent (Worker)

The agent polls for tasks and performs actions on X, (follow, comment, repost, or post). After each task, it records the result and sends it back for review.

How It Works

  1. User sends a request

  2. Resolves target X accounts/posts and checks the user’s quota.

  3. Backend API calls the API with x-api-key and an encrypted payload.

  4. Backend API validates key, ownership, quotas, & rate limits. If allowed, publishes the task to RabbitMQ

  5. Listener consumes the message and writes a task JSON to AWS S3 for the assigned agent.

  6. AI Agent polls S3, performs the action on X, and writes a result JSON back to S3.

  7. Backend API ingests the result, updates status in PostgreSQL, and exposes task status via API for UXLINK to display and use for rewards.
