TokenMinds (Purple Mindz Media Pte Ltd) is a Singapore-based digital agency start-up focused on the IT sector, especially Web3. Currently, we are actively looking for an energetic talents to join our team as Community Moderator.

You’ll be working with top talent in the blockchain on renowned DeFi/dApp/NFT/AI/Metaverse projects backed by Binance Ventures and others. Our team works using a suite of virtual office tools such as Gather. town, Zoom, Slack, and more. We are also part of the major blockchain conferences worldwide where you are able to meet the team and clients in person.

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:
- Monitor and engage with the community across various platforms, including forums, social media, and other communication channels.
- Foster positive interactions and build relationships within the community.
Content Moderation:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and standards.
- Enforce community policies and address any inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, providing valuable insights and feedback.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns from community members in a timely and professional manner.
Event Support:
- Assist in organizing and promoting community events, webinars, and discussions.
Community Growth:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for community growth and engagement.
- Identify and connect with key community influencers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in community management or moderation is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
