You’ll be working with top talent in the Web3 on renowned DeFi/dApp/NFT/AI/Metaverse projects backed by Binance Ventures and others. Our team works using a suite of virtual office tools such as Gather, Town, Zoom, Slack, and more. We are also part of the major Web3 conferences worldwide where you are able to meet the team and clients in person.

Currently, TokenMinds is actively hiring for individuals who are enthusiastic about assuming responsibility and possess a strong desire to learn new things for our Figma Designer role. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
Design and prototype web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and user testing to enhance the overall product.
Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices to bring innovative ideas to the design process.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in designing
Proven experience as a Figma Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Solid understanding of design principles, user experience, and interaction design.
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
