Marketing Manager (CopyKat)

  • Full time
  • Remote
  • Worldwide

Own user acquisition for CopyKat, our AI search visibility tool for SEO writers: outreach, inbound content, media and creator collabs, paid ads and more. Fully remote, working Singapore business hours (9:00 to 18:00 SGT).

TokenMinds helps established businesses raise capital through a token offering, without giving up equity. We have been doing this since the 2017 ICO boom, with 200+ companies supported worldwide. Based in Singapore, working across APAC, the U.S. and Europe.

CopyKat is TokenMinds' own software product: AI search visibility for SEO writers. It shows the prompts buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, who gets cited today, and which pages to rewrite so your content gets cited instead. Writers and SEO teams make the change, re-run the check and watch the citation appear. CopyKat is built for independent writers, small SEO shops and in-house content teams, with a free plan and monthly paid plans at copykat.tools.

We are now taking CopyKat to market, and we are looking for the person who will own its growth.

Role Overview

TokenMinds is looking for a Marketing Manager to own user acquisition for CopyKat.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, working Singapore business hours (9:00 to 18:00 SGT, UTC+8).

This is not a role for someone who waits for a brief. You will work independently, decide where CopyKat's next users come from, and run the channels that bring them in: outbound outreach, inbound content and SEO, media and creator collaborations, paid ads, communities, partnerships, and whatever else works. You will test fast, measure everything, and double down on what converts.

You will work closely with the founders and the product team, and you will be accountable for one thing above all: a steadily growing number of active and paying CopyKat users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own CopyKat's user acquisition strategy and plan, from first signup to paying customer.
  • Run outbound outreach to SEO writers, content agencies, SEO shops and in-house content teams: lead sourcing, email sequences, LinkedIn and X outreach, and follow-up.
  • Build inbound growth through content: blog articles, guides, comparison pages, case studies, newsletters and social posts that rank on Google and get cited by AI search.
  • Set up and manage media collaborations: guest articles, podcasts, newsletter features, reviews and mentions in SEO and content marketing publications.
  • Find and work with creators, KOLs and SEO influencers on YouTube, LinkedIn, X and other channels.
  • Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit or other platforms, within a clear budget and target cost per signup.
  • Build a presence in the communities where SEO writers and content marketers spend time, such as Reddit, Slack and Discord groups, forums and product directories.
  • Support launches, events and conferences, including invite-only betas and product announcements.
  • Drive activation and conversion together with the product team: onboarding emails, free-trial follow-up, and upgrade campaigns.
  • Set up and track funnel metrics, from traffic and signups to activation, trial-to-paid conversion and cost per acquisition, using tools such as GA4 and PostHog.
  • Run regular experiments on channels, messaging, landing pages and offers, and share what you learn.
  • Report weekly to management on results, spend, learnings and next steps.
  • Bring user feedback and market insights back to the product team to help shape the roadmap.

What This Person Will Be Accountable For

  • Growing CopyKat's signups, active users and paying customers month after month.
  • Building repeatable acquisition channels, not one-off spikes.
  • Spending the marketing budget efficiently, with a clear view of cost per signup and per paying customer.
  • Keeping the funnel measured, visible and honest.
  • Representing CopyKat professionally to users, partners, media and creators.

What Success Looks Like

  • A steady, measurable flow of new CopyKat signups from several channels.
  • Outreach, content, collaborations and ads that each have clear targets and known results.
  • Free users turning into paying customers at a rate that keeps improving.
  • CopyKat becomes a known name among SEO writers and content teams.
  • Management always knows what is working, what is not, and what you are trying next.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth, user acquisition or performance marketing, ideally for a SaaS or software product.
  • Hands-on experience with several acquisition channels: outbound outreach, content and SEO, paid ads, influencer or media collaborations.
  • Good understanding of SEO and content marketing, and an interest in how AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) is changing it.
  • Data-driven: comfortable setting up tracking, reading funnel data and making decisions from it.
  • Strong writer, able to create clear, convincing copy for emails, landing pages, ads and articles.
  • Self-managed: proactive, organized, and able to work independently without needing constant supervision.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • Available to work Singapore business hours (9:00 to 18:00 SGT, UTC+8), fully remote.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing a product to SEO professionals, writers, agencies or marketing teams.
  • Experience launching or growing an early-stage product from zero to its first thousands of users.
  • An existing network of SEO creators, newsletters, podcasts or media contacts.
  • Experience with tools such as GA4, PostHog, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email outreach tools, Ahrefs or Semrush.
  • Experience with product-led growth: free plans, trials, onboarding and upgrade flows.
  • Additional languages that support markets across APAC, the U.S. or Europe.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a hands-on growth marketer who likes owning a number and moving it.

You know there is no single channel that does it all. You can write the outreach email, brief the creator, launch the ad and publish the article, and you know which of them is actually bringing in users.

You do not wait to be told what to do. You plan your own week, run experiments, and report back with results and a clear next step.

Most importantly, you take ownership of results. You are self-managed, organized and curious, and excited to help CopyKat become the tool SEO writers rely on to get their content cited by AI search.
