About “From The Fragments Of Tezuka Osamu”
“From the Fragments of Tezuka Osamu” is a digital NFT art project based on numerous manga manuscripts designed by the renowned manga artist Tezuka Osamu. Tezuka was a pioneer who established the base of manga - widely recognized as one of the most influential pop cultures today. He drew 150,000 sheets of manuscripts for 700 manga titles throughout his career – earning him the nickname “god of manga”.
About Double Jump
Doublejump.Tokyo is a blockchain company that helps businesses tokenize digital assets using blockchain technology. The firm partnered with Tezuka Productions to digitize Tezuka’s original artworks on the blockchain to be sold to his fans as the official NFTs. These include the “Mosaic Art NFT” and “Generative Art NFT,” both in the motif of Tezuka Osamu’s representative works.
Doublejump.Tokyo sought our NFT marketing expertise to help drive their NFT sales.
The Challenges
We focused our efforts on community building, which was poorly set up and had low general awareness.
In the past, Doublejump.Tokyo collaborated with Tezuka Production on a marketing campaign in Japan, the project still lacked exposure among English-speaking audiences.
We also needed to ensure that the NFTs auction was a success, by creating awareness among international audiences, and show the unique benefits of each artwork to drive sales.
